Advanced B Complex
CAD $48.48
The B-vitamin family (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9, B12) plays essential roles in energy metabolism, red blood cell production, and nervous-system function, but these water-soluble vitamins are easily lost through urine and sweat and depleted by a modern processed diet.
Vegans, vegetarians, and older adults are at greater risk of deficiency, and some people have genetic variations that reduce their ability to convert B vitamins into active forms.
AOR Advantage: vegan-friendly Advanced B Complex provides all the B vitamins in their active coenzyme forms and balanced doses, and does not cause the niacin flush.
