Directions
Take 2 capsules daily before a meal, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. Do not open capsules, as this may compromise the stability of the medicinal ingredient. Do not exceed daily dose unless instructed by a healthcare practitioner.
Cautions
Consult a health care practitioner before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking prescription medication or for use beyond 4 months.
