Directions
Take 4 capsules once a day or 2 capsules twice a day with or without food, or as directed by a health care practitioner. Do not open capsules, as this may compromise the stability of the medicinal ingredients. Do not exceed daily dose unless instructed by a healthcare practitioner.
Cautions
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. May cause mild gastrointestinal disturbances. This product is from a fish source. Do not use if you have a fish allergy.
