Directions
Adults (18 years and over) – Take 1 capsule twice daily with food, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. Use for a minimum of 3 weeks to see beneficial effects. Do not crush, mix or blend capsules. Swallow capsules whole. Do not exceed daily dose unless instructed by a healthcare practitioner.
Cautions

pregnant or breastfeeding
you have Sly syndrome or liver or eye conditions
