Directions
Adults (18 year and over) Take 1 to 5 capsules daily without food, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. Do not crush, blend or mix the capsules. Swallow the capsule whole. Do not exceed daily dose unless instructed by a healthcare practitioner.
Cautions
Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding.
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have epilepsy, if symptoms persist or worsen, or for use beyond four weeks.
When using this product avoid taking with alcohol.
