A standardized ashwagandha root extract traditionally used in Ayurveda as a sleep aid and adaptogen. Each capsule provides 600 mg of a 10:1 root extract.

Directions
Adults (18 years and over) – Take 1 capsule daily with or without food, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. Do not open capsules, as this may compromise the stability of the medicinal ingredients. Do not exceed daily dose unless instructed by a healthcare practitioner.
Cautions
Ask a health care practitioner before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
When using this product:
consumption with alcohol, other drugs or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended.
exercise caution if you drive or use machinery as you may experience drowsiness.
Stop use if vomiting, nausea, constipation, abdominal pain or diarrhea occur.
