Magnesium is a mineral involved in over 300 biochemical processes in the body, playing a key role in producing energy and maintaining muscle, heart, and nerve function. Most people do not get sufficient amounts, and muscle stiffness, irritability, and fatigue are common signs of low levels.
AOR combines magnesium with glycine, a calming amino acid, in a chelated form that is easily absorbed and gentle on the stomach without the laxative effect of some magnesium forms. AOR Advantage: 100% pure magnesium glycinate to minimize gastrointestinal side effects.

Directions
