Directions
Adults (18 years and over) Take 1 capsule three times daily with or without food, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. Do not crush, blend or mix the capsules. Swallow the capsule whole. Do not exceed daily dose unless instructed by a healthcare practitioner.
Cautions
Consult a health care practitioner before use if
you have liver disease
you are pregnant or breastfeeding
you have cardiovascular disease
Stop use of Vitamin B6 products and ask a healthcare practitioner if you develop symptoms of sensory nerve problems, such as numbness, tingling, or pain in the extremities.*
*Please note that your label may not contain the vitamin B6 caution, as this is a recent update issued from Health Canada. We are in the process of updating all product labels containing 10 mg or more/day of vitamin B6 to reflect this.
