Nattokinase is an enzyme produced during the fermentation of natto, a traditional Japanese soy food. It's a vegan-friendly, whole-food-derived enzyme often taken to help support cardiovascular health.
A simple daily capsule. 30 capsules.

Directions
Adults (19 years and over) – Take 1 capsule once daily or as directed by a health care practitioner. Do not crush, mix or blend capsules. Swallow capsules whole. Do not exceed daily dose unless instructed by a healthcare practitioner.
Cautions
Allergens: This product is derived from corn and soy. Do not use if you have a soy or corn allergy.
Do not use if:
you are pregnant or breastfeeding
you are taking health products that affect blood coagulation
you have a bleeding disorder
Consult a healthcare practitioner:
for use beyond 4 weeks
if you have a cardiovascular, kidney or liver disorder, or if you are taking any medications
When using this product:
Stop using this product 7 days before any scheduled surgery, or immediately if you have unscheduled surgery, or if you suffer from an injury resulting in bruising or bleeding
In rare cases, blood in stool has occurred, in which case discontinue use
