Nicotinamide Mononucleotide (NMN) is a naturally occurring compound found in all living cells and in small amounts in foods such as edamame, legumes, cabbage and mushrooms. In the body NMN acts as a precursor to nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+), a coenzyme essential to normal cellular energy metabolism.
NMN is water-soluble and readily absorbed, appearing in the bloodstream within about 30 minutes of oral intake. Adequate NAD+ levels are required for normal cellular function and energy production and decline naturally with age.
AOR Advantage: NMN-600 provides a higher-potency dose for those seeking concentrated nutritional support for cellular energy metabolism as part of a healthy lifestyle.
