Directions
Adults (18 years and over) -Take one capsule a day with or without food, or as directed by a health care practitioner. Do not open capsules as this may compromise the integrity of the medicinal ingredients. Do not exceed daily dose unless instructed by a healthcare practitioner.
Cautions
Allergens: Wheat.

• you have a Vitamin B12 deficiency.
