Directions

Adults (18 & up): Take 1 capsule twice daily with food, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. Do not crush, mix or blend capsules. Swallow capsules whole. Do not exceed the daily dose unless instructed by a healthcare practitioner.

Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 12 weeks.
