Directions
Adults and adolescents (12 years and older): Take 1 capsule twice a day, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. Adolescents 12 years and over: For use beyond 8 weeks, consult a health care practitioner. Adults: For use beyond 12 weeks, consult a health care practitioner. Adults (sleep quality): Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.
Cautions
Do not use if • you are taking blood thinners/anticoagulants or have a bleeding disorder • you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner before use if • taking serotonergic drugs • you suffer from any psychological disorder and/or condition such as frequent anxiety or depression • you are taking antidepressants. Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen.
