Ascorbic acid, commonly known as vitamin C, is a water-soluble nutrient essential for numerous bodily functions. Because the body cannot store vitamin C, it must be obtained regularly through diet or supplementation.
It is necessary for the production of collagen, a key component of healthy bones, teeth and cartilage, and supports immune function. AOR Vitamin C is a clean, allergen-free supplement.

Directions
