What happens in a skincare consultation?
The conversation starts with your skin, current routine and goals. Your provider helps build a practical plan and explains how to introduce each step.
Do custom prescription topicals need a prescription?
Yes. When prescribed, custom topicals are prepared by the compounding pharmacy as part of the clinical plan.
Do I need to replace my whole routine?
Bring your current routine to the consultation. The aim is a focused plan you can realistically follow, with guidance on which steps fit.

ALASTIN is a separate skincare range, not one of our custom Kiwi formulas. The clinic can help you compare daily skincare and care around a procedure. Start with what you already use and what you want help with.
